Here we are…January! The first month of the year, an exciting fresh start full of ambitious resolutions. Some of us want to pick up a new hobby, others wish to travel more, many promise to spend more time with family. But the one resolution we all have in common is… healthy eating.

Now we get it, the reason why you are moving to Marbella is certainly not to miss out on the good things in life. At Mas Property, we are passionate about many things and one of them is quality food! The good news is that you can stay healthy while eating out. Let’s explore the countless options that our beautiful Marbella has to offer.

BREATHE, the trendy and sustainable

The trendy restaurant opened its door only a few weeks ago, but has already become one of our favorite. Stylish and welcoming, the scenery combines modern urban architecture with a blend of natural elements for a unique atmosphere. The restaurant has its very own panoramic terrace with fantastic views of Marbella, Puerto Banús and La Concha Mountain.
Their philosophy is to offer “good, honest food made from locally sourced, quality and seasonal ingredients.” They keep it simple and that’s what we like: fresh, diverse and innovative cuisine!

LA SALA BANUS, the hot spot

Renowned as one of the busiest restaurants on the Costa del Sol, La Sala is famous for its superb menu of international dishes, vivacious ambiance and live music. It is, with no doubt, one of Marbella’s hot spot. Now we realize that this may not necessarily be the most obvious choice when it comes to healthy eating. But we just discovered that the well renowned restaurant now offers a green menu and we wanted to share the exciting news with you! From Quinoa salad to Tofu Wok, they offer a wide range of lighter dishes that allow you to stay healthy on a fun night out!

CELICIOSO, for your sweet tooth

At Celicioso, leaving out sugar, dairy, or wheat from your diet doesn’t mean missing out on flavour. Ideal for the brunch lovers, Celicioso is a 100% gluten free bakery located in the world famous Puente Romano social hub. From sandwiches to cupcakes, they offer a wide variety of gluten free treats that will keep you fit and feeling great. There is no birthday at MAS without an amazing Celicioso cake! Their vegan velvet chocolate cake is what dreams are made off!

NOBU, for fine dining

New York, London, Melbourne…and now Marbella. The name speaks for itself. Throughout the years Nobu has proven to be one of the most exciting and unique dining experiences. Nobu is the world’s most recognised Japanese restaurant and is known for its innovative fusion cuisine blending traditional Japanese dishes with Peruvian ingredients.

Located in Puente Romano, the restaurant offers a large choice of healthy, vegan and vegetarian options. Since most of our team is health oriented but none of us wanted to compromise on a luxurious dining experience, this is where we held our annual Christmas dinner and, trust me, we were not disappointed!

ORGANIC MARKET & FOOD, for a quick bite

Facing the famous Marbella Club hotel, this is a place to relax, eat well and enjoy the flavours of natural unprocessed foods. Healthy, plant-based, gluten-free, gmo-free dishes, they have it all. There is a wide variety of salads, natural juices, superfood smoothies , as well as home made burgers and fresh sandwiches. The restaurant also conveniently features a small food market, where you can grab cooking ingredients for your personal use. Family friendly and ideal if you are on-the-go!

BiBo by Dani Garcia, a taste of the world

Healthy eating should never be boring. In fact, when done right, it is the perfect opportunity to explore new cuisines and step out of your comfort zone. What better place to start your journey than BiBo? Ran by the 3 Michelin star chef Dani Garcia, BiBo is a daring, eclectic and colourful space where different environments live together in perfect harmony. The scenery is mesmerising with bold Andalusian roots and vintage items from all around the world. It is both a cultural and a culinary experience! Their salad menu is to die for!

Bibo is our very favourite. Just like our team, it is beautiful in its diversity. A must visit!
