The Island

The Island is a new, innovative and modern residential development located in the calm beachfront setting on the Costa del Sol. Although the urbanisation is still able to offer complete privacy, and a close proximity to needed amenities such as shops, restaurants, bars and so on. Its situated just to the west of Estepona, one of the bigger cities on the Costa Del Sol, which allows for residents of the urbanisation to still have easy, convenient access to the a more urban setting.

The area is also only about an hours drive away from Malaga’s airport, and the same to Gibraltar on the other end of the coast. This means that the urbanisation is located in the heart of the Costa Del Sol.
