The price of housing in Spain rises 4.3% in the last 12 months

The price of housing in Spain registered an increase of 4.3% in the interannual rate in October. The “Capitals and large cities” continue to exercise as engines of recovery. In the last twelve months, the average value in this segment grew by 6.4%, above the 5.1% registered in “Balearic and Canary Islands”.

All the segments analyzed in the IMIE General index have increased the price of housing in the last year. The accumulated adjustment from 2007 highs decreases to 38.4%.
