1. Reservation: By the payment of € 2,500

2. Private contract of sale: 30 days after the reservation by means of the payment of 10% of the value of sale (discounting the € 2,500 of the reservation) by transfer or bank check. In addition, monthly bills will be signed for 20% of the value of the sale until it reaches a total of 30% before signing the public deed of sale.

3. Public deed of sale with payment of the remaining 70% by check or bank transfer.
