La Heredia de Montemayor

The La Heredia de Montemayor urbanisation is located within the Monte Mayor estate, a place with traditional Andalusian style. Here there are lovely plazas and squares, charming cobbled streets, stunning landscape and other traditional rustic houses and fountains. The urbanisation is protected with a CCTV camera system, and a 24 hour security guard that patrols the area. The area is elevated on the foothills of the Sierra Blanca mountain range, and therefore has panoramic sea and mountain views of the coastline.

The area is quite rural, although driving to Puerto Banus still only takes about 20 minutes, and driving to Malaga airport around an hour. Making the urbanisation still very accessible.
