A Madrid based developer begins the commercialization of 74 homes in Estepona.

The developer will make a total investment of 25 million euros, to built a wide variety of houses: ground floor with garden, upper floors and penthouses, organized in seven stepped blocks, so this way it is achieved that all houses have spacious terraces overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

The new development is designed to meet the existing national and international demand in
Estepona and has the architectural design by Villarroel – Torrico, which aims to achieve the
international energy efficiency certificate BREEAM® Spain. The price range varies from 295,000
euros to 949,000 euros plus VAT.

The homes are completely customizable, materials and finishes and have the latest technology in
automation. Thanks to the design, the orientation of the houses and the quality of its materials, the developer aims to achieve the international certificate BREEAM® Spain and the certificate A issued by the Ministry of Industry. These homes will have a 30% savings in energy consumption, between 50% and 75% in CO2 emissions and between 40% and 70% in NOx emissions.

Panoramia® Estepona is an extension of 126.000m2, of which 102.000m2 are buildable, located in the northwestern part of the town and surrounded by the Parque de Las Mesas and access to major roads in the area (A-7 and AP-7). An investment of 200 million euros will be made to develop 900 houses in the coming years, depending on the regional market needs. This new area has been designed to lead the new real estate cycle of Estepona in Costa del Sol.
