Nueva Alcantara

Nueva Alcantara is a large residential area, located on the southern end of the Boulevard running through San Pedro. Nueva Alcantara therefore runs the whole way long the sea front promenade. The beach walk promenade is quite an open area, due to San Pedro’s agricultural history, rather than having been a fishing village, like many other cities along the coast. The area is currently experiencing high levels of growth, and the infrastructure is being largely developed.

Today there are numerous amenities in the area, including restaurants, large residential areas, sporting facilities and so on. Nueva Alcantara will be one of the most upcoming locations on the Costa del Sol in the future to come.
