The Costa del Sol continues to strengthen its position as one of Europe’s leading luxury real estate destinations, with the region’s branded residences market now valued at more than €2.5 billion.

According to the first Branded Residences Monitor report, the province is home to 23 branded residential developments comprising 1,559 luxury homes, with an estimated market value of €2.467 billion. More than half of these residences are currently on the market, while several major projects are under development.

Demand for branded residences continues to grow as international buyers increasingly seek homes that combine luxury living with world-class hospitality, premium services, and globally recognised brands. The average branded residence on the Costa del Sol offers approximately 247 m² of living space, with an average value of €2.9 million.

The sector is expected to expand significantly over the coming years, with 482 residences scheduled for completion in 2026, 101 in 2027, 628 in 2028, and additional projects already in the pipeline.

Some of the most anticipated developments include Armani Residences Marbella on the Golden Mile, alongside prestigious collaborations with luxury brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Karl Lagerfeld, Bentley, Lamborghini, Fendi Casa, and Minotti. These projects further reinforce the Costa del Sol’s reputation as a global hub for luxury branded real estate, attracting high-net-worth buyers from around the world.
