Marqués del Duero

Marqués del Duero is an urbanisation in San Pedro which is one of the most typical Spanish towns left on the Costa del Sol. The city has been kept very clean, with a central shopping area, quiet parks and squares and beautiful gardens. When you take the main road to the Nueva Alcántara area you reach the very long, newly constructed promenade and the long, wide beaches, where there are many new developments taking shape. There are also several new developments being constructed around the outer perimeter of San Pedro, and so there is a rising popularity for properties in the area. One of the reasons for this is because of its centralised location on the Costa Del Sol, and its proximity to Puerto Banus, which is roughly just five minutes drive away on the A-7 motorway.
