La Cerquilla

La Cerquilla urbanisation is located in a prime location in Nueva Andalucia on the Costa Del Sol. Its located approximately 3 kilometres above the coastline and Puerto Banus. Which is still accessible within 5 minutes drive by car. Today Nueva Andalucia is probably the most popular area on the coast, with a mix of old traditional builds, and a lot of new modern constructions as well. There is a good balance between residential complexes in the area, and free standing villas.

La Cerquilla is slightly elevated above most of the area, and therefore has panoramic views of the Mediterranean, and the Sierra Blanca mountain range in the background. Driving to the Malaga airport from here would take approximately 45 minutes, as its situated in the heart of the Costa Del Sol, in one of its most prestigious locations.
