MAJESTIC ANDALUSIAN STYLE VILLA IN NUEVA ANDALUCIA

Majestic Andalusian-style villa built on three floors, set on a quiet street in the heart of Nueva Andalucía. Though minutes away from Marbella’s most prestigious golf courses, schools, shops, and restaurants, this spacious family home is located in a very peaceful neighbourhood. The villa is set in a gated community with a security guard on duty every night. Everything is included in the price; the majority of the interior has been designed and built by the current owners, therefore, having been in use only 1-4 years.
