Majestic Andalusian-style villa built on three floors, set on a quiet street in the heart of Nueva Andalucía. Though minutes away from Marbella’s most prestigious golf courses, schools, shops, and restaurants, this spacious family home is located in a very peaceful neighbourhood. The villa is set in a gated community with a security guard on duty every night. Everything is included in the price; the majority of the interior has been designed and built by the current owners, therefore, having been in use only 1-4 years. The entire house has underfloor heating (water) and air conditioning for the hot summer months.

The main entrance leads to an open plan large living room/sitting area with a ceiling reaching nearly 5 meters high. To the right is a small library with a fireplace; to the left is the dining room. Next to the dining room is a separate kitchen – perfect for closing doors to the cooking when entertaining guests. From the living room, double-sided doors open to the garden with the pool. The pool is heated, and the garden features an automated watering system. There are two separate areas on the terrace, one an outside dining space with an undisturbed view of La Concha mountain and the other a lounge overlooking the garden.

This is a family floor with the master suite, a walk-in wardrobe, a large bathroom with a jacuzzi, and a separate terrace. Next to the master bedroom is an extra room that is currently used as a yoga room and a small gym but can be turned into, for example, a baby room, an art studio, etc.

On the ground floor, there is the garage which conveniently fits five cars (+ a Smart or motorbike). Next is the spacious laundry room, the cinema with a built-in Bang&Olufsen sound system, a small wine cellar, and two more guest rooms. The star of the show is the gentlemen’s lounge with a professional snooker table.
